Founders Message

Looking at the Acmar Group of Companies as it is today, gives me great pride. When I arrived in Malaya in 1938, the country was very much agriculture based. Back then, I traded in rubber and coconut copra.

I found that by buying land, I could grow these and sell them by myself. I invested my gains in coconut, rubber and oil palm plantations, making me the largest landowner in Kapar, Selangor.

In the 70's, Malaysia began its transition into industrialisation. That was when I sent my sons to work in the automotive industry, where they acquired their skills and experience to become fine businessmen. I treasure their enthusiasm and encouragement to diversify our business interests with them, I moved into the automotive business. From then on, there was no stopping for us. We ventured into construction and property development. Today, the Acmar Group's directors consists of Malaysia's tip business entrepreneurs and the Group's Interests have grown to include automotive, property, construction, trading, leisure & entertainment and more.

I am proud of all our businesses and I'm blessed with committed and dedicated people. In all our areas of diversification, our endeavours have been met with success. We are reputed for professionalism in all our ventures and partnerships. Our manufactured goods are exported to countries throughout South East Asia, South America and the Middle East. We are now making our presence felt in China, which is my place of origin.

Together with my people, we have come a long way. My Vision is to see the Acmar Group grow even bigger and I know we will, especially internationally. The world is revolving everyday and we have to look beyond today.
